On February 19, 2025, the library of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College hosted the ‘Most Reading Group’ competition. The event was held as part of the Reading College project aimed at popularising reading among students. 

Such initiatives contribute to the development of a culture of reading, broadening the horizons and shaping the intellectual potential of young people.
