On February 7, 2025, at the Department of Civil Defence of the HMCDC in the framework of the debate project ‘Sen jáne Zań’ was held a debate game on the topic ‘Some norms of administrative legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning minors’.

2nd year students divided into Russian and Kazakh leagues attended the game. Debates allowed the participants to understand more deeply the issues of administrative responsibility of minors, to develop skills of argumentation and public speaking.

In the nomination ‘Best Speaker’ the winners were:

- Begunova Anastasia (group OT-22) - Russian league;

- Tasbolat Olzhas (group OK-21A) - Kazakh league;
