On January 22, 2025, the Department of Civil Defence of the HMCDC hosted a dialogue platform for second-year students on the topic ‘Bullying. Cyberbullying’. Speakers were the teacher of special disciplines Oral S.M. and inspector for prevention of offences Koshkenova A.O. 

The discussion focused on the various forms of bullying and cyberbullying, as well as their consequences for the psycho-emotional state of the individual. Special attention was paid to measures to prevent these phenomena and ways to protect against them.

At the end of the event, the students had the opportunity to ask questions, which the experts answered taking into account the relevance and importance of the topic.
