From 25 November to 5 December 2024, the leadership of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College took part in advanced training courses for heads of technical and vocational, post-secondary education organisations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The courses were held on the theme ‘Management in Education: Effective Style of the Head of Technical and Vocational, Post-Secondary Education in the Conditions of Modern Education’.

The events were organised by the Centre for Pedagogical Excellence ‘Talap’. These courses are aimed at developing managerial competencies necessary for effective leadership of educational organisations in the context of modern challenges.
