November 15, 2024 in the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College was organized event, which was attended by students of the college, as well as inspectors for the prevention of offenses Makhambetova A.E. and Koshkenova A.O. Lieutenant Colonel of Police of the Police Department of Akmola region Kursanova R.T. acted as an invited guest.

During the event, students were shown a preventive video “Dropper”, which informed students about financial fraud schemes and the role of droppers in fraudulent schemes. The students learned who droppers are, how fraudsters work and what criminal consequences can be for those who participate in such schemes.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Kursanova R.T. explained the methods of distribution of narcotic drugs via the Internet, told about drug pawners and their actions, as well as the consequences of such crimes.

At the end of the event, the participants were given practical advice on how to protect themselves from fraudsters and prevent young people from getting involved in illegal financial schemes.
