On November 4, 2024, the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College entered into a Memorandum of cooperation and collaboration with the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research.

This Memorandum is aimed at developing partnerships in the study of ethno-political issues and the realization of joint educational and research projects. This step will allow the college to significantly improve the quality of education and training through the exchange of expert knowledge, joint research projects and implementation of advanced methodologies.
