On September 19, 2024, a debate contest on the topic «A house without violence» was held at the Department of Civil Defence at the HMCDC.

Following the results of the competition, two participants were awarded the title of «Best Speaker»:

• Eskeeva Alina, a student of the TJ–31B group;
• Kumisbek Zangar, a student of the TJ–21A group;

The rest of the participants were awarded letters of thanks for their participation.
