On September 9, 2024, in the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College held a lecture for students, which was conducted by the senior inspector for juvenile affairs, police captain Tursimbaeva Nazira Kappasovna. The topic of the event was «Administrative and criminal offence».    

During the lecture, the police captain explained in detail the legal aspects and consequences of violations of the law, and also answered students' questions, emphasizing the importance of legal awareness and responsibility for their actions.
