On April 1, 2024, the grand opening of the Science Week «First Steps into Science» dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the College took place at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College at the Department of Pedagogical and General Education Disciplines. During the first day of the defense of project-research works, sections on pedagogy, history and culture, as well as chemistry and biology were organized. 

Under the guidance of the teachers of the department, the members of the Research Work Of Students presented reports and presentations.
