In the final of 2023, volunteer students from the Zhainar community of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College completed their charitable mission by visiting a boarding house for the elderly on the eve of the New Year. They have prepared a small entertainment program to congratulate them on the upcoming holiday, expressing care and attention to the elderly.
