On September 13, 2023, a traditional meeting with the elders of the groups was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College, as part of the adaptation period of first-year students. This meeting was organized by the deputy director for educational work Shaikhina Gulzhanar Zhaksylykovna and the psychologist of the college Mazbayeva Gulden Amantayevna.

The gathered group leaders were informed about the role of the «Elders» in student life, the importance of participation in the social life of the college, as well as about upcoming and traditional events of the college. A psychologist conducted a training that helped students get to know each other and get closer for further collaboration.
