On May 31, 2023, an event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression and Holodomor was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection. The event began with a theatrical production, which was prepared by first-year students. A minute of silence was held in memory of the victims. Teachers of the Department of Pedagogical and General Education disciplines Akhmetov A.K. and Kasimova M.D. made presentations in which they noted the importance of this tragic period in the history of Kazakhstan.
