On October 28, 2022, a traditional Student Convocation Ceremony was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection. The organizers are The Educational Department, YAC, the Student Parliament of the college. The solemn part of the event began with the welcoming words of the Deputy director for Educational Work Shaikhina G.Zh.

A second-year student of the PB-22B group, the president of the Student Parliament of HMCCP Tyulyukhanov Altair handed over the key of «Knowledge» to a first-year student of the ChS-12B group Dosymova Aruzhan.
