On February 28, 2022 the planning directorate was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection.

The following issues were submitted to the Directorate for consideration: quality control of the organization of practice and performance of individual tasks, assessment of the quality of classroom hours, the results of the intra-college qualifying round for the regional championship "WorldSkills Kazakhstan", analysis of the activities of the pedagogical center, as well as the results of the winter sports contest of teaching staff.

Reports on the topics were made by deputy directors, heads of the departments, the head of the center and the head of the Tulpar sports club.

Each issue was considered in detail. During the discussion, various proposals and solutions were announced.
