​On December 28, 2021, the Museum of the History of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan was opened in the city of Nur-Sultan. At the invitation of the Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the UPCH of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection, Colonel Turarov Serikhan Zhenisovich, took part in this event.
