On October 13, 2021, a workshop was held at the Department of Civil Protection within the framework of the School of a Young Teachers, where the following topics were discussed:

• Adaptation of young professionals.
• Teacher's normative documents: WC, CTP, EMCD, lesson plans. Rules for the preparation of educational documentation, where the methodologist of the department and mentor Kainetov A.S. shared their experience in filling out documentation with young teachers

Purpose: to teach and explain the correct design of educational documentation.

Objectives: 1. To acquaint young teachers with the problems that arise in the classroom.

• Show possible ways out of problem situations.
