On September 14, 2021, according to the schedule of lectures, during the period of the "Teenager" OPM a meeting with police officers was organized within the walls of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection. Police Major of the city of Kokshetau V.K. Nurmagambetova held an explanatory lecture about the rights of minors, being outside the home after 23:00 without being accompanied by legal representatives, petty hooliganism, observance of pedestrian rules and wearing cell phones.
