On April 7, 2021, a regional championship of professional skills "WORLDSKILLS Aqmola 2021" in the competence "Rescue work" was held on the basis of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection.
Two teams took part in this championship:
- the team of the college "Maksat", Stepnogorsk
- the team of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection
Competitors competed in 7 modules of the program:
1. Dressing combat clothing and combined arms gas masks
2. Climbing training: tying a double rescue loop with dressing on the victim.
3. Search and evacuation of explosive goods from the emergency area
4. Provision of first aid and transportation of the victim using combat clothing
5. Work with fire-technical equipment; unwinding, connecting and winding fire hoses
6. Climbing the assault ladder to the window of the 3rd floor of the training tower
7. Relay of rescuers
Three stages of the competition were held in the building of the training and fire department and in the heat chamber, the next four stages, the guys competed in the sports arena in fire and rescue training.
According to the results of the regional championship of professional skills "WORLDSKILLS Aqmola2021" in the "Rescue work" competence, the team of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection took the first place, the second place was taken by the team of the "Maksat" college, Stepnogorsk.
