On February 16, 2021, a single curatorial "Hour of Integrity" was held at the HMCCP on the topic: "Eternal Heritage - Mukagali Makatayev".

The curatorial hour was based on the works of the great poet, based on justice and honesty, patriotism and respect for the country.

Makatayev's work is the golden fund of Kazakh poetry. The talent, born in the first half of the twentieth century, absorbing the national origins in spirit and body, became the most beloved poet of his people.

As the poet himself said, “Poetry should start with love and end with decency” thus he called on people to be honest, kind, to bring up love for the Motherland in the young generation, respect their native land and native language, honor the elders and appreciate every moment of peace.

During the online lecture, young people got acquainted with the poet's patriotic poems.

At today's “Hour of Integrity”, through the poetry and works of the poet Mukagali, reflections on patriotism and personal dignity are conveyed.

Mukagali Makatayev raised contemporary Kazakh poetry to a new artistic level. His work is free from ideological and political sentiments.

Studying his works, we learn to love and protect the Motherland, protect nature, love people, appreciate mothers and loved ones.
