Since the beginning of 2025, the masters of industrial training and teachers of the Civil Defence Department of the HMCDC have been undergoing practical training and improving their qualifications.  

Training takes place in the fire service of the college's social partner - the non-state firefighting service of Zeus Energy LLP, which provides security for the Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex in the town of Zhairem, Ulytau region.     

As part of the internship, teachers not only learn new professional skills, but also gain practical experience by participating in firefighting and rescue operations. This experience will allow them to pass on valuable knowledge and real practical cases to students, raising their level of training.
