From April 1 to April 3, 2024, The Science Week «First Steps into Science» dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the College was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College at the Department of Pedagogical and General Education Disciplines. The defense of project-research works was organized in several directions: pedagogical, historical and cultural, chemical, biological, philological, and information and mathematical. 28 scientific projects were presented. The week of students' research work was held at the highest level.

Students who actively participated in the event were awarded certificates and diplomas.
