The Republican Educational and Methodological Association at the Institution of “Civil Protection Higher Multidisciplinary College” organized and held the competition of scientific articles (reports) among students of specialized colleges on the topic of "Innovative technologies in the field of emergency prevention and response."

18 scientific papers from 8 specialized colleges of the technical and vocational post-secondary education of Kazakhstan Republic were submitted to the competition.

The results of the competition were evaluated according to the following main criteria: the relevance of the issues reflected in the article; scientific and methodological value; the possibility of applied implementation of the presented results and proposals; assessment of the originality of the presented material using the Anti-Plagiarism program.

According to the selection results, the organizing committee determined the winners, who were awarded diplomas:

1st place - Anton Melnikov, a 4th-year student of the Institution “Civil Protection Higher Multidisciplinary College”;

2nd place - Alibek Akhmet Daniyarovich, a 3rd-year student of the state-owned municipal organization “Higher North Kazakhstan Vocational Pedagogical College”;

3rd place - Ekaterina Andreyevna Zamyatina, a 2nd - year student of a Private Institution “Karaganda Banking College named after Zh.K.Bukenov”;

In the nomination of “The best design of the article”, the winner was Zhusupbekov Timur Baurzhanovich, a 4th-year student of the Institution “Civil Protection Higher Multidisciplinary College”;
