On December 22, 2023, the annual awarding ceremony of the Akmola Regional Rukhtastar Award was held in the city of Kokshetau.

At the end of the year, among 17 city departments, the Youth Wing of the Zhastar Rukhy of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College took the honorable 3rd place and received a cash prize. Gulzhanar Zhaksylykovna Shaikhina, Deputy Director of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College for Educational Work, was awarded a letter of thanks for her outstanding contribution and close cooperation with the Akmola regional branch the Youth Wing of the Zhastar Rukhy under the AMANAT party.
