Students of the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College took part in hand-to-hand combat competitions in the city of Kokshetau.

A student of the OT-12A group, Bekmurza Yelzhan, took first place and qualified for the Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Valery Motovilov, a student of the OT-12B group, took the honorable second place.
