On November 30, 2023, a meeting of the educational and Methodological Council held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College.

The issues of educational, methodological and scientific work of the college, consideration and approval of the topics of term papers were considered on the agenda. The chairs of the EMC departments provided information on the analysis, evaluation and updating of the content of work programs. Also during the meeting, college teachers presented educational and methodological materials for admission to the press and generalization of experience at the regional level.
