On November 14, 2023, a legal lecture was held for students at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College on the topic «How not to become a victim of "Spiking"?», as part of the republican campaign «Childhood without cruelty and violence».

The senior operative of the Department for Combating Drug Crime of the PD, Police Lieutenant Colonel Kursanova R.T. provided the gathered students with extensive information on the term «Spiking» and explained its impact on society.
