Tursimbaeva. The topics of the preventive lecture are “Bullying and cyberbullying among teenagers” and “Prevention of delinquency and crime among minors.”

The students were explained the norms of criminal and administrative law, the composition of a criminal and administrative offense, the procedure for bringing minor citizens to administrative and criminal liability, as well as what responsibility citizens will bear for leaving a person in danger, for driving another person to suicide and for exceeding the norms of necessary defense . During the conversation, police captain Nazira Kappasovna Tursimbaeva explained the basic principles of criminal law, including the inevitability of punishment, using specific examples.
