On September 14, 2023, a meeting of the educational and methodological council was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary Civil Defence College.

The agenda included issues of educational, methodological and scientific work of the college, approval of long-term plans for certification and advanced training of teaching staff, as well as approval of schedules for methodological days of departments, schedules of open classes. Deputy Directors and members of the College's teaching and methodological council spoke on these issues.
