From April 27 to 28, 2023, a seminar for college librarians on the topic «KitapFest-2023 bilim aleminde» was held in Almaty, organized by the Republican Scientific and Pedagogical Library together with the Republican educational and Wellness Center «Baldauren». The seminar was held in order to implement the project for the development of technical and vocational education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Zhas Talap» for 2022-2025.

At this event, the head of the library of the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection, Badzhanova Tursyngul Kosankyzy, was awarded a certificate of merit for her professional skills in implementing the republican project «Reading College», as well as achievements in teaching art works to college students.
