On February 27, 2023, the planning directorate was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection.

At this directorate, the heads of the Military-Patriotic Club and Sports Club and the Deputy Director for Educational Work made a report on the activities of the Military-Patriotic Club «ULAN» and the Sports Club «Tulpar» and a report on the work on the prevention of offenses among students.
