On February 14, 2023, in the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection, within the framework of the republican project «Qaisar», YW «Zhastar Rukhy» under the «AMANAT» party organized a dialogue platform among college students, with the participation of experienced military personnel. The students also watched a military-patriotic film.
