On October 31, 2022, at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection, the chairman of the YAC, Merk Angelina Borisovna, and the teacher-psychologist Mazbayeva Gulden Amantaevna held a conversation and a team-building training with the first-year monitors.

Each monitor told about the work he does with the students of his group. They shared their experience and successes. At the end of the event, the participants compiled a «Model of a modern monitor».
