On October 21, 2022, in the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection, as part of the Republican Plan to celebrate the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Student Parliament of the College organized a debate on the topic "Sovereignty is an invaluable asset of the country".

Two teams took part:

1. Team "Birlik" - students of the group OK-21A.

2. Team "Shabyt" - students of the group TJ-21A.
