07.09.2022 Psychologist of the "Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection" Zhumalina A.A. conducted a test with 1st-year students on the topic: "Self-assessment of psychological states". The purpose of which was to identify the level of anxiety, frustration, aggression and rigidity.
Anxiety is a vague, prolonged and vague fear about future events. It occurs in situations when there is not yet (and may not be) a real danger to a person, but he is waiting for it, and does not yet know how to cope with it.
Frustration is a psychoemotional state caused by a discrepancy between a person's desires and his current capabilities. The inability to make a dream come true causes acute frustration, irritation, anger and despair. Frustration is characteristic of perfectionists, emotionally receptive people.
Aggressiveness as a psychological phenomenon includes such personal characteristics as vindictiveness, intolerance to other people's opinions, suspicion, quick temper, resentment, intransigence, aggressiveness, uncompromising, etc.
This diagnosis helps to determine the ways and forms of assistance to students experiencing difficulties in adaptation, learning, communication and mental well-being.
