On September 12, 2022, a single curatorial hour was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection on the topic: "Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K-Zh.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan. A just state. One nation. A prosperous society."

During the class hour, students got acquainted with the Address of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan and actively participated in the discussion of the topic.
