On May 16, 2022, a Memorandum of cooperation and cooperation on personnel training was signed between the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection and the Department of Emergency Situations of the city of Nur-Sultan. 

The priority goal of this Memorandum is to train specialized specialists by combining the theoretical knowledge of the educational institution and the practical experience of professional rescuers.
