On April 26, 2022, a solemn event "Miss Kokshe - 2022" was held in the Akmola Regional Philharmonic of the city of Kokshetau.

The competition consisted of four different rounds:

1. Business card.

2. National costumes.

3. Creative number.

4. Fashion show in evening dresses.

According to the results of the competition, the title "Miss Kokshe - 2022" was awarded to Veronika Pavlenko, a student of the DOV-22 group. Litvin Vasilisa, a student of the PMNO–12 group, won in the nomination "I VICE Miss Kokshe - 2022", "II VICE Miss Kokshe – 2022" - Milana Pugolovkina, a student of the CHS-12A group, "Miss Instagram" - Kazken Aruzhan, a student of the OK-11A group.
