On 14.03.2022, a meeting of the School of a Young teacher was held at the Department of GZ.

The following issues were considered on the agenda:

1. Professional standard of a teacher (Rumyantsev Yu.V.)

2. Analysis of lesson plans (Magadilova A.S.)

3. Performance of mentors (Akinshin N.A., Mikhailov S.Yu., Mikhailova S.N., Kainetov A.S., Turarov S.Zh., Bulkairov A.B.): on the topic "Difficulties in working with young people specialists, solutions"

4. Performance of young specialists (Dzhambulov A.A., Shakhanov D.K., Demochkin K.V., Kuantai E.Zh., Isakov B.Zh.) on the topic:  Share about working with mentors, difficulties, recommendations, etc.

5. Features of conducting an open class (Anafina A.K.)

The purpose of this meeting is to exchange the experience of experienced teachers with young specialists, the formation of professional and pedagogical competencies among young teachers.

Objectives: to develop the professional and creative potential of young specialists, to assist young teachers in solving complex pedagogical tasks, to teach them to build effective pedagogical communication, to form the competence of young teachers in the main areas of professional activity: communicative, creative, technological.
