On November 5, 2021, Pedagogical Council No. 2 was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection.

The task of the pedagogical council is to develop and improve the quality of the education process and its components, to improve the professional skills of teaching staff.
Psychologists of the academic building No. 1 and No. 2, Mazbayeva G.A. and Kurylenko E.E. made reports on the topic of adaptation of students of the new set to study at the college.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Shaikhina G.Zh. presented an analysis of attendance for the months of September-October, made reports on the topic of adaptation of students of the new set to study at the college. And also the deputy director for Academic Affairs Ramazanova U.K. made a report on the results of academic performance. The topics raised were discussed and considered thoroughly.
It is worth noting that Natalia Dezortseva, President of the Student Parliament of HMCCP, was also present at the pedagogical council.
Following the results of the pedagogical council, the director of the college Askerbek Zhamantaevich stressed the importance of improving team spirit in the implementation of the goals and objectives.
