On April 15, 2021, at the Department of Civil Protection of the HMCCP in the PB-12 C group, an open lesson was held on the discipline: Training of a gas and smoke defender on the topics: Checking and adjusting (PRP).

In the first stage of the lesson, safety issues were considered, and a survey was conducted to check the study, purpose, types and timing of inspections of breathing apparatus.

In the second stage, the practical application of personal protective equipment for the respiratory and visual organs was carried out - a type of maintenance carried out in order to constantly maintain personal protective equipment for the respiratory and visual organs in good condition during operation, checking the serviceability and correct functioning (action) of units and mechanisms of a gas mask (breathing apparatus) "Drager".

This test develops personal spiritual qualities that ensure safe behavior in various emergencies and responsibility for the lives of other people, the cohesion of the gas and smoke defender link among students.
