On April 8, 2021, at the Department of Civil Protection in the Training Fire Department of the HMCCP in the ЧС-12 С group, an open lesson was held in the discipline: Fire and rescue training on the topics: Fastening the rescue rope to the structure of buildings (in one of four ways) and tying a double rescue loops with putting on the victim. 

In the first stage of the lesson, safety issues were considered, and a survey was conducted on the tactical and technical characteristics and methods of using a rescue rope in extreme situations.

In the second stage, the practical application of the rescue rope was carried out with fastening to the structure of the building and the tying of a double rescue loop to put it on the victim for emergency rescue operations.

When fulfilling the standard, the following students showed the best results: Taspaev O.K., Tishibay A.Zh., Mukhayarov N.M., Stonogin M.V. , Malgeldinov S.S.

This exercise teaches skills in rescuing an injured person during rescue operations.
