On February 1, 2021, a single curatorial "Hour of Integrity" was held at the Higher Multidisciplinary College of Civil Protection on the topic: "The commandment of Shakarim is a mirror of honesty."

 One of the prominent representatives of the Kazakh people, the philosopher-poet Shakarim Kudaiberdiev was born in the Abay district of the East Kazakhstan region.  He is a bright representative of the new Kazakh literature, which was founded by the outstanding Abai.

 During the curatorial hour, the youth got acquainted with the poet's philosophical views on human values.

Shakarim was convinced that the main science for man is the science of conscience.  According to Shakarim, the meaning and moral improvement of a person are reduced to the following: "I call human modesty, justice, kindness in their unity in one word -"ұждан"- conscience...".

The words of the thinker, written in the last century, have not lost their relevance for society to this day.

 The challenge for today's youth is to understand the importance and spiritual value of Shakarim's rich heritage.
